Getting started

Go to ciborms.com, click free trial, fill-up the form, and create an account.

You shall receive an email with a link to choose your domain within a few minutes. After choosing your domain, you shall receive another email with your account credentials. Please set your account password using the link given in this email.

Now you can access your account using your credentials in the domain (xxxx.ciborms.com) given in the welcome email. Your 14 days free trial includes Point of Sale, Inventory, HR, and Accounting.

To make your onboarding easier, we have given default values for most fields. However, you may choose to rename or change those values if you wish to do.

To set up your company information, go to SettingsarrowGeneral SettingsarrowGeneral Information

Your subscription comes with one free branch with a default description. Please go to SettingsarrowBranch and click on the default branch to edit the branch details.

  • To Define your user roles, go to SettingsarrowUser Roles
  • Name a user role and select the access levels required for the role and save.

To create a user, go to Settings arrow Users arrow New. Add name, Phone number, tag role, tag branch, and save.

To set up the tax, go to Settings arrow Tax Settings arrow New. These settings define your tax return calendar.

To define or update applicable tax rates, go to Settings arrow Tax Rates arrow New. Add Tax Name, Select Tax Scope, Tax Computation, Branch, and Save.

Every branch comes with two warehouses. The main warehouse will receive all inventory from vendors while all production orders and recipe-related inventory adjustments will be done through the Kitchen Warehouse. Go to Settings arrow Warehouses and select the warehouse you like to update.

To configure your outgoing email, Go to SettingsarrowOutgoing Email SetuparrowNew. Add Description, connections information, security and authentication, and save.
