HR

The HR module provides tools for managing employee schedules, shifts, and payroll. To open HR Module, Log in to your URL and select HR to access your HR Module.

HR Dashboard is an overview of your workforce summary on a particular date or date range. Select the branch name and choose the date to generate dashboard values. such as total employee count, salary summary, Top Leave takers, Pending approvals, Expiry dates of contracts, etc.

The HR module begins with creating an employee database, which stores employee information like personal details, employment history, salary, benefits, and performance data.

To create an employee, go to EmployeearrowEmployee ListarrowNew, Add Employee Name, Department, Job Position, Manager, Select Branch, Select Restaurant, Joining Date, Private Information, HR Settings, and save.

  • The employee directory shows you the stored information of the employees including their names, job titles, and contact information.
  • To view the employee directory, go to EmployeearrowEmployee Directory
  • Here you can see all the employees, and you can also sort the department-wise

An employment contract is an agreement between the company and the employee. It describes the role, responsibilities, payment, and benefits.

To create a new contract, go to EmployeearrowEmployee ContractarrowNew. Add Contact Reference, Select Employee, Salary Structure, Contract Details, Salary Information, Varify, and Save.

  • Here you can track the attendance of employees. To view and manage employee attendance, go to AttendancearrowAttendance
  • Here you can see the monthly reports in a list view, and by selecting a month, you can see the employee-wise attendance report. Admins can also edit the attendance details if needed.

Employees will have access to this tool so they can request leaves and overtime, as well as check the status of their requests.

To apply for a leave, go to RequestarrowLeave RequestarrowNew. Add Leave Type, From Date To Date, Description, Save and Submit

To request overtime, go to RequestarrowOvertime RequestarrowNew. Select Employee, From Date To Date, Overtime Type, Submit, and Save.

Approval management is a systematic process that takes place so that any kind of request can be completed after getting approved by people under whom the jurisdiction for that work falls.

To view an employee request who is working under your supervision, go to ApprovalsarrowLeave Approval By Manager Here you will get the list of pending requests. You can change the request status to approved or declined accordingly.

In some cases, you have to get approval from HR (You can set this in “Leave type” in configuration. This opinion will be only available for HR roles.

Here you can manage the employee's financial record, gross earnings, payroll deductions, and net pay, as well as the employer's related payroll tax liability.

To create an employee payslip, go to PayrollarrowEmployee PayslipsarrowNew. Select Employee, add From Date To Date, Select Contract, Salary Structure, Payslip Name, and Confirm.

To create batch-wise, go to PayrollarrowPayroll batchesarrowNew. Add Name, From Date To Date, Salary Journal, Select Branch, Generate Payslip, and Save.

Validations such as overtime requests and payroll are controlled in general settings. You can navigate to HR general setting by ConfigurationarrowSettingsarrowHR

To create a new job, go to ConfigurationarrowJob PositionarrowNew. Add Job Position Name, Department, Is Manager Check, Job Description, and Save.

To create a new department, go to ConfigurationarrowDepartmentarrowNew. Add Department Name, Parent Department, Select Manager, and Save.

Here you can configure the expiry date alerts of documents that you have uploaded while creating an employee. To create the Document Expiry alert, go to Configuration > Document Expiry Configuration > New. Add No: Of Days Before To Notify, Mark Active/Inactive, Save.

Here you can create the employee ID prefix. The prefix will come along with the employee code. To create the employee ID prefix, go to, Configuration > Employee ID Configuration > New

To configure the attendance type, go to Configuration > Attendance Type > New. Add Name, Type, Overtime Checkbox, and Save.

To create a new leave type, go to ConfigurationarrowLeave TypearrowNew. Leave Type Name, Payroll Code, Validations, Allocations, From Date To date, and Save.

To add a public holiday, go to ConfigurationarrowPublic HolidaysarrowNew. Add Holiday Name, Start Date, End Date, and Save.

To configure Overtime Type, go to Configuration > Overtime Type > New. Add Reference, Overtime Percentage, and Save.

To configure the salary structure, go to Configuration > Salary Structure > New. Add Name, Reference, Salary Rules, and Save

To configure the salary rules, go to Configuration > Salary Rules > New. Add Category, Code, Sequence, Active/Inactive Checkbox, Appears on Payslips Checkbox, General, Accounting, Description, and Save.
